Ruthless De-Prioritising

Overwhelmed? Take an hour to identify what doesn’t warrant an expenditure of your effort, energy or guilt in the coming months, and to explore how you might let go of unrealistic or unnecessary expectations of yourself and others.

Questions are welcome, but there is no need to share anything with the group. This is primarily a space for personal reflection. There will be a very brief mindfulness exercise at the beginning and end, and plenty of prompts and exercises for reflection in between.
