Perfectionism & Impostor Syndrome
A free reflective workshop for people who live by their brains.
Do you find yourself questioning whether you deserve to be where you are in life, or where you’re headed?
And do you think you can’t possibly be a perfectionist because you don’t do things perfectly?
Impostor syndrome and perfectionism go hand in hand. Even if you think you’re not a perfectionist, if you’re waiting to reach an unspecified but very high standard before you start on projects or put yourself forward for opportunities, chances are you’ve got some perfectionist tendencies.
In this free recorded workshop, we’ll unpack how impostor syndrome and perfectionism operate within us, and explore how we can work around them in order to do the things that are meaningful to us in our lives.
‘Kate is a strong and compassionate facilitator who has an incredible ability to support people to self reflect and develop skills to bring about positive growth. Her workshop enabled participants to understand their physical responses to perfectionism, and to understand that they are not alone in feeling like impostors. This understanding allowed colleagues to breathe more easily, recognise how to de-stress and to feel affirmed.’
